Chemnitz Power Labs GmbH is a spin-off from the Chair of Power Electronics at TU Chemnitz. We specialize in services for the testing of power electronics and concurrently develop our own products in this field. Our company is characterized by an innovative and motivated team continuously working on advancing the industry. Currently, we are seeking dedicated professionals who want to contribute their expertise and actively participate in our mission-driven work.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management and project team in administrative and organizational matters
  • Creating and editing presentations, reports, and statistics
  • Coordinating the commercial and administrative processes in day-to-day operations
  • Efficient office organization, management, and structuring of workflows and projects
  • Point of contact for customers, service providers, funding partners, and team members
  • Updating and maintaining our online presence
  • Coordinating marketing activities and team events

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable education with initial professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in administrative tasks, particularly in accounting, and desirable experience in the event management field
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Proficiency in negotiating in English
  • Proficiency in using common MS Office programs
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, good manners, and a confident demeanor
